Thirteen cycles a year, aligned to how you actually run the shop rather than to calendar months.

Payment is handled by Stripe. PerqUp never sees or stores your card number.

Priced in your currency

New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom each have their own price and their own tax handling. Nothing is converted.

One message, one person

A send to forty cardholders uses forty of your allowance. People held back by the weekly cap are never charged to you.

Several shops

Each shop carries its own plan. A group owner can see it all in one place and pay for the lot from one account.

Change or cancel

Move up or down a tier from your billing page. Cancel whenever — no notice period, no exit fee.

Billing questions

Yes. Your first cafe on PerqUp starts with a free trial. Checkout shows exactly when it ends, and your plan then starts automatically unless you cancel. There is no contract and no notice period after that.
Your console shows what you have used against your allowance all cycle, so it should not be a surprise. If you need more regularly, you can move up a tier from your billing page.
No. PerqUp never touches your money — order ahead has no payment in it and there is no commission on anything. The subscription is the entire cost.
Never. The app is free for them, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
