No. PerqUp is free for anyone drinking the coffee, with no ads and no in-app purchases. Cafes pay a subscription billed every four weeks — that is the entire business model.

There is no app store step. Open PerqUp in your browser, then add it to your home screen. After that it opens full screen with its own icon and behaves like any other app, including notifications.

It is one code that works at every member cafe. It carries nothing about which cafe you are in — the cafe is worked out only when their staff accept the scan. It refreshes itself, so there is no need to screenshot it.

Under your code there is a five-digit number. Read it out and the barista types it in. It does exactly what the scan does, and it rolls over every day so it can stay short without being guessable.

No. Walk in, show your code, and the card for that cafe is created by the same scan that gives you your first stamp.

Only cafes where you hold a card. PerqUp caps how many messages anyone can receive, across every cafe together, so your phone stays quiet. You can turn any cafe's messages off and keep your stamps.

No. A cafe sees your activity at their shop and nothing else. There is no cross-cafe view of a customer anywhere in the product.

Their page comes out of the app, but the marks you earned in your Coffee Passport stay. Your collection is a record of where you have been, not a list of businesses that still exist.

No. Order ahead sends your order so they can start it. You pay at the counter exactly as you do now.

Yes. Your stamps live on the server, so signing in on a new phone brings everything with you.

No. Any tablet or spare phone with a camera and wifi. If you already have an iPad on the counter, that is the whole setup.

About fifteen minutes, and most of that is choosing photos. Sign up, make your page yours, sign the tablet in, add your team's PINs, go live.

The device stays signed in. A team member taps their four-digit PIN, scans, and taps plus one — or plus two or three for a table. If they mis-tap, they can void it on the spot.

The same customer cannot be stamped twice within sixty seconds, and every stamp, reward and void records which team member did it. That attribution is what makes self-stamping visible at all.

Only people holding a card with your cafe. Audiences are re-checked on the server at send time, so a saved list can never carry someone it should not.

Recipients who were stamped at your cafe within 72 hours of the send, plus rewards redeemed in the same window. We do not report opens or lift percentages, because web push cannot measure them honestly.

Yes. Group them, then choose whether a stamp earned at one counts across all of them or each keeps its own card. You can switch individual shops in or out, and only the owner can change it.

Yes. If you leave, your page comes out of the app and your customers' stamp history is not deleted.

No. There is no commission and no payment processing in the product — order ahead is paid at your counter.
